BAUDEMONT SRL establishes this Privacy Policy, the purpose of which is to inform Users in complete transparency of the website hosted at the following address: www.baudemont.be<\/a> (hereinafter the \u201cSite<\/b>\u201d), of the manner in which personal data are collected and processed by BAUDEMONT SRL. <\/b><\/p>

The term \u201cUser<\/b>\u201d refers to any user, meaning any natural or legal person, who visits or interacts in any way with the Site.<\/p>

In this respect, BAUDEMONT SRL<\/strong> determines all the technical, legal and organizational means and purposes of the processing of Users\u2019 personal data. BAUDEMONT SRL<\/strong> undertakes for this purpose to take all necessary measures to ensure the processing of personal data complies with the law of 30 July 2018 relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter, \u201cthe Law<\/b>\u201d) and with the European Regulation of 26 April 2016 relating to the protection of personal data of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter the \u201cRegulation<\/b>\u201d).<\/p>

BAUDEMONT SRL<\/strong> is free to choose any natural or legal person who processes users\u2019 personal data at its request and on its behalf (hereinafter the \u201cProcessor<\/b>\u201d). Where applicable, BAUDEMONT SRL<\/strong> undertakes to select a Processor offering sufficient guarantees regarding the technical and organizational security measures for the processing of personal data, in view of the Law and the Regulation.<\/p>

2. Processing of personal data<\/b><\/h2>

The use of the Site by Users may result in the communication of personal data. The processing of these data by BAUDEMONT SRL<\/strong>, in its capacity as Data Controller, or by service providers acting in the name and on behalf of BAUDEMONT SRL<\/strong> will comply with the Law and the Regulation.<\/p>

Personal data will be processed by BAUDEMONT SRL<\/strong>, in accordance with the purposes stated below, through:<\/p>

The contact form;
the use of cookies;
the placing and management of orders made via the Site (order processing, invoicing, payment and after-sales service).<\/p>

3. Purpose of the processing of personal data<\/b><\/h2>

In accordance with article 13 of the Regulation, the purposes of the processing of personal data are communicated to the User and are as follows: <\/b><\/p>

1. ensuring the execution of the services offered and agreed on the Site;
2. ensuring control of the execution of the services offered;
3. carrying out marketing activities and promotional information after the User\u2019s prior consent and until the withdrawal of this consent, for example the sending of promotions on the products and services of the Data Controller;
4. answering the User\u2019s questions;
5. producing statistics in order to improve the website, the services offered and the internal organization of operation;
6. improving the quality of the Site and the products and\/or services offered by the Data Controller;
7. allowing a better identification of the User\u2019s centres of interest.<\/p>

4. Personal data likely to be processed<\/b><\/h2>

The User consents, during the visit and during the use of the Site, that BAUDEMONT SRL<\/strong> collects and processes, according to the methods and principles described in this Privacy Policy, the following personal data:<\/p>

1. The information of Users that they provide for contractual purposes and to allow the proper performance of reciprocal obligations, namely surname, first name, address, IBAN number and bank details, … ; and more generally, any information voluntarily provided by the User;
2. Information of Users by filling in forms or by contacting by telephone, email address or other means, for example the name, address, email address and telephone number of Users.
3. With regard to each of the users\u2019 visits to the Site, the information automatically collected is;
a. the IP address, the type and model of browser, the time zone, the operating system;
b. all information concerning the pages that the User has consulted on the Site, in particular the URL, browsing time …<\/p>

5. Consent<\/b><\/h2>

By accessing the Site and using it, the User declares that he or she has taken note of and has given his or her agreement in a free, specific, informed and unambiguous manner to the processing of personal data concerning him or her. This agreement concerns the content of this Privacy Policy.<\/p>

Consent is given by the positive act by which the User has ticked the box proposing the Privacy Policy via hyperlink. This consent is an essential condition in order to carry out certain operations on the Site or to allow the User to enter into a contractual relationship with BAUDEMONT SRL<\/strong>. In accordance with article 13 \u00a72 of the Regulation and of the Law, the Data Controller keeps personal data only for the time reasonably necessary to allow the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed.<\/p>

This duration is in all cases less than: 24 months<\/b>, unless a longer duration is necessary to comply with legal, accounting or tax obligations, or to respond to disputes.<\/p>

7. Recipients of the data and disclosure to third parties<\/b><\/h2>

Personal data may be transmitted to the agents, collaborators, subcontractors or suppliers of BAUDEMONT SRL<\/strong> who offer adequate data security guarantees, and who collaborate with BAUDEMONT SRL<\/strong> in the context of marketing products or providing services. They act under the direct authority of BAUDEMONT SRL<\/strong>, and are notably responsible for collecting, processing or subcontracting these data.<\/p>
